API events and event-based segmentation are not included in the 2025 AppSumo deal, even on Tier 6. Those are part of our Premium plan, which is separate from the lifetime Growth tiers available on AppSumo.

We know these features are powerful, but they come with infrastructure and support demands that go beyond what we can sustainably offer under an LTD.
