Q: Can you share what is 2021 users upgrading to tier 6 now get which 2025 users are not getting with
tier6 new purchase and vice versa.. Just saw this deal 2 days back.. The mix and match is adding confusion to me while going through new and old comments to decide if it is worth taking now?

Right now, we don’t have plans to change the 2025 LTD structure or reopen 2021-level features. The products, pricing, and strategy have evolved a lot since then, and we want to keep things consistent and sustainable moving forward.
That said, we’ve packed as much value into Tier 6 as we can — 50,000 subs, Woo, Shopify, ThriveCart etc.

Can you please clarify? do those loyal customers who upgrade and have the Premium features keep them or not? One place you say they do but they wont show up unless we email you, and another place says it does not include the Legacy Premium Features. Im not going to upgrade if I lose what I already have but your messaging is confusing
