triangleforcesQ: Changing business wioth tier-1?
I'm contemplating to give encharge a run around the block on tier-1. Can you please clarify, if I can change the business name and setup or is this a permanent registration? How does it work with subaccounts? I read that you can't delete or change a subaccount once registered, which makes the offer rather uninteresting for us as a strategy advisory beyond tier-1.

With Tier 1, you only get one main account (no sub-accounts), but you can freely change the business name, sender name, email, and other settings anytime — it’s not a permanent setup.
If you decide to upgrade to a tier with sub-accounts, you can actually delete sub-accounts and create new ones as needed. This means you have the flexibility to use them for different clients or campaigns without being locked in.
Ah, interesting. I believe I've read in the questions elsewhere that I can't delete subaccounts and make space for a new client once a subaccount has been established. That's very helpful to know. Might upgrade to a higher tier then...:)
