First — you’re absolutely right: there was a slowdown in public product updates between late 2023 and early 2025. That coincided with a transition in ownership — Encharge is now run by a new team (that's us!), as of March 2025.

We weren’t involved in decisions made in 2024, but we do agree that the silence created concern. I (David) actually bought a Tier 5 license myself back in 2021 and shared the same frustrations as a user.

That’s exactly why we took over. We believe Encharge is way too powerful to fade into obscurity, and we’re determined to push it forward — responsibly, transparently, and consistently. Since taking the reins, here’s what we’ve already shipped mid-campaign:

• Native Forms (built-in, customizable, embeddable)
• Shopify integration
• Major UI improvements and system speed boosts
• Easier contact management and segmentation tools
• Better onboarding for new users

More importantly — we’re now publicly visible and accountable again. We’re posting updates right inside the app (check the changelog modal), and we’ve been replying to AppSumo threads like this one daily.

We're not trying to hype you up with vaporware — just showing up, shipping steadily, and regaining trust the only way we know how: with action.

Encharge is very much alive, and we’re just getting started 💪
