Q: Deeper intergation question for Social media
Hi Encharge Team,
Can Encharge integrate with organic Facebook and Instagram activity, not ads?
Specifically:
Can I trigger a Flow from Facebook post interactions (likes, comments, shares)?
Is it possible to trigger a Flow when someone sends a Facebook Page DM?
Can Encharge capture Instagram DMs, form submissions, or story interactions from a Business profile?
If not natively, can this be done via Zapier, Albato, or webhooks?
Are any of these features on the roadmap?

Right now, Encharge does not have native integrations with organic Facebook or Instagram activity, meaning we can't currently:
• Trigger a Flow from Facebook post interactions (likes, comments, shares)
• Trigger a Flow from Facebook Page DMs
• Capture Instagram DMs, form submissions, or story interactions
We totally hear the value of these types of touchpoints, especially for community-driven or social-first businesses — but for now, those kinds of interactions are not trackable directly in Encharge.
Workarounds via 3rd-party tools?
Yes! You might be able to bridge some of these triggers using Zapier, Albato, or webhooks, depending on the platform:
• Zapier has some support for Facebook Page messages and Instagram events (usually via the Messenger/Facebook Pages API)
• Albato or Make (Integromat) may offer more granular support depending on what permissions Meta allows
• You can then use those tools to send data into Encharge via the "Submitted Form" or "Add Person to Flow" webhook endpoints
It's not always plug-and-play, and you may need to test what’s technically allowed per Meta’s APIs at the moment (they’re often limited for organic interactions, especially on IG), but many power users are already using hybrid stacks like this.
Roadmap?
These kinds of social/organic triggers aren't currently on the public roadmap — not because we don’t want to build them, but because Meta’s APIs are pretty restrictive for this type of organic data (especially on Instagram). Still, it’s something we’re very interested in longer-term, especially as we keep expanding our automation capabilities.
If any of those use cases are mission-critical for you, feel free to submit a detailed feature request at feedback.encharge.io — and if you send us a quick note at support@encharge.io, we’re happy to explore more personalized suggestions depending on your specific social workflow 👌
