Q: deleting sub account ?

Hello, is it possible on Tier 2, for example, to change the account (by deleting it)? To be able to use it for certain campaigns. Thank you for your answers.

So it is possible to have a "generic" account on the sub-accounts to manage episodic campaigns, and is it possible to delete the emails from this "generic" campaign in this case in order to be able to use them again? And if I understand correctly, a sub-account works like a main account, so you have to fill in a web field? thx

Yes, you can set up a "generic" sub-account for episodic campaigns. You can also delete the sub-account entirely if you no longer need it and create a new one. This gives you the flexibility to clear out contacts/emails or reset the account for new campaigns.

And yes, each sub-account works like a main account, so you can manage emails, automations, and settings independently.
