Q: Deliverability & Logistics

Hi, I have a few questions:
1. Does the transfer process for subscribers, tags, and automations need to be done manually, or do you provide any kind of automatic setup?
2. Do you help set up deliverability like DMARC and the other steps?
3. I noticed on your website it says no cold emails can be sent. I don't send emails to cold subscribers, and try to clean my list often, but what happens if someone stops opening emails... do you automatically stop sending them emails before I clean my list, or cause restrictions?
4. Although my main business is promoting my products, I also collaborate with other businesses and promote theirs at times, and occasionally, affiliate products I partner with that I trust or use myself. I'm worried about the restrictions you have on this that my current ESP doesn't. Can you explain the limitations with this?

Transfer process
We don’t have an auto-migration tool yet, so you’d import your contacts (via CSV), tags, and rebuild Flows manually. Happy to help guide you through that if you need!

Deliverability setup
Yes — we guide you through setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC inside your account. Super easy process, and our support team can step in if needed.

Cold emails & engagement
We don’t allow cold outreach, but non-engaged contacts won’t get you penalized. We don’t block or auto-pause sending — you're in control. That said, we do recommend keeping your list clean for the best results.

Affiliate + partner promos
Totally fine as long as it’s to your opted-in audience and fits your usual content. What we don’t allow is sending emails to people who didn’t sign up for you, or just blasting cold lists with offers.
