Great question — and the short answer is: No, you don’t need an external SMTP or third-party email service to use Encharge. 🙌
Encharge handles email delivery for you out of the box, powered by SendGrid and AWS .
That said, to ensure optimal deliverability and to send from your own domain (instead of via encharge-mail.com), we strongly recommend verifying your domain. This involves adding SPF, DKIM, and optionally DMARC records to your DNS settings. If your domain has DMARC enabled, domain verification becomes mandatory.
