Q: Do we get the Hubspot integration or not?
I bought the Tier 5 of this deal in 2021 because it specifically listed the Hubspot integration and by I wanted to start using it you removed it because, in the words of your support member:
"Limiting access to the HubSpot two-way sync had to be put in place because of the involved recurring costs that we have with this feature. This makes it financially impossible for us to offer it to lifetime deal buyers.
We understand your need for this but, unfortunately, the only option to get this is to upgrade to the Premium Plan."
I pushed back on this because it felt like a rug pull but the support person said:
"I'm really sorry but I cannot make an exemption for this. Subscribing to the Premium Plan is the only way to activate the HubSpot two-way sync."
So my question is: do we get Hubspot integration or not?

✅ If you bought Tier 5 (or any tier) in 2021, you do get access to the HubSpot integration — excluding the two-way contact sync (which was removed due to recurring costs on our end).
So to break it down:
• HubSpot integration (except sync) = ✅ Available for all 2021 LTD buyers
• HubSpot two-way sync = ❌ Not included in any LTD, 2021 or 2025 (Premium-only)
Now, if you’ve upgraded your original 2021 Tier 5 to a 2025 Tier 6, your account may temporarily show the 2025 limitations — but don't worry. Just email us at support@encharge.io, and we’ll manually restore all 2021 features that were excluded in the 2025 LTD, including the HubSpot integration (again — minus sync).
We totally understand why this caused frustration, and we’re doing our best to strike a balance between sustainability and honoring past deals in good faith. We’ve also improved our internal process to make sure legacy buyers don’t lose access when they upgrade.
