Yes—ConvertBox does work with Tier 2! You don’t need a higher tier for that integration 🙌

The way it connects is through the “Form Submitted” trigger in Encharge + ConvertBox’s Webhook feature. So the key steps are:

1. In Encharge, create a Flow with a Form Submitted trigger
2. Copy the webhook URL from that step
3. Paste it into ConvertBox as the webhook destination
4. Make sure the ConvertBox form is sending the email address field—that’s required for Encharge to match the contact

If the form doesn't include an email or it's not mapped correctly, the contact won’t come through. That’s usually the blocker.
