Q: Does it connect with Thrivecart?
I purchased the basic plan. I thought I saw that it connects with ThriveCart but I don't see the option to do so in my apps. Do I need to upgrade to get that feature or is it not possible?
Also, will you be improving the native forms feature to make it so we can add an image to the form? As it is right now, its very basic and could come across like it's not legit.

1️⃣ ThriveCart Integration
May update: We just launched a native ThriveCart integration, and it’s available on Tier 6 only. That’s why you’re not seeing it in your Apps tab on the Basic plan.
If you’re not on Tier 6, no worries — you can still connect ThriveCart to Encharge using:
• Zapier
• Pabbly
• Or webhooks from ThriveCart
These let you trigger Flows in Encharge (for example, when someone makes a purchase), and it works great — just not as plug-and-play as the native option.
2️⃣ Native Forms: Can we add images?
Totally valid feedback — and you’re not the only one asking 😅 Right now, our forms are intentionally simple to keep things lightweight and fast to embed. But yes, we agree: more customization (like adding images or richer layout control) would make a huge difference.
That’s something we’re actively discussing — no timeline yet, but it’s on the roadmap. In the meantime, if you want more design flexibility, tools like ConvertBox, Typeform, or even a custom-coded HTML form can be integrated with Encharge via webhooks or the “Form Submitted” trigger.

Great catch — here’s the clarification: ThriveCart built the integration on their end, not us, which is why it’s not listed as a native app inside Encharge.
So yes, it works — but since we don’t maintain it directly, we don’t show it in the “Apps” tab.

That means you can connect directly inside Encharge without needing Zapier or custom webhooks.
If you're on a lower tier, no worries — you can still integrate ThriveCart using:
