Q: Domain Authorisation -- Live site needed or just domain DNS info and address?
I have a google workspace with additional user names so emails to people match the offering/service .
Please tell me if I can pick the DNS from the users list - i.e go to namecheap / porkbun and get the dets there) and just give my business address. OR, if Encharge needs a totally live website domain? I have a WP site if you really need something but its just a contact page confirming my details and social media . Let me know what you need .. LIVE SITE or just the domain I own DNS info.
re the WP site it is a www.myname.com with my social media ie . thevoiceofmyname.com -- I want to be on a domain I prefer called 'withmyname.com' -
WP validates who I am and has privacy t & c on it but Is there a featurr /template you have that I could use instead and get rid of WP altogether or must I just use something else

You don’t need a live website, but your domain does need to be hosted so you can access and manage the DNS settings.
Here’s how it works:
• You own the domain (e.g. via Namecheap, Porkbun, etc)
• You get the DNS records from inside Encharge
• You add those records to your domain's DNS panel (TXT/CNAME)
• No need for anything to be “live” on the domain — just needs to exist and be configurable
• A contact page or holding page is totally fine, but not required
Basically, as long as you can edit DNS records, you're good to go — no need to publish a website.
You’ll find your DNS records in Settings → Email Sending → Domains inside Encharge. Once you add those records and they verify, you’re fully set to send emails with proper authentication ✅

one domain was configured for me by namecheap! withmyname.com & this is also listed as an extra user email in my google workspace variants like admin, support exist but i want events pages linked to this .com brand (Grigora/Lunacal/Gobrunch: free hosting ). Q1) How many more domains / brands/ or stand alone pages with their own domain address can I add to Encharge
You can verify up to 5 sending domains in your Encharge account (on any LTD tier, including yours), and you do not need a live website to do that ✅
