I intent to purchase License Tier 6 but before the purchase I need to know if the following are on the road map
General:
1. Can emails ids be send to the encharge system by using API's from our custom software along with other tracking parameters?
2. Please Confirm - If we can use custom domain name to send emails?
eCommerce: ( WooCommerce & Shopify )
1. Abandoned Cart Flows
2. Product Recommendations ( Post Purchase )
3. SKU-based triggers
Integration : Does it integration with N8N?

Nov 19, 2025A: Great questions! Here's a quick breakdown before you go for Tier 6:
✅ Yes — you can send emails + tracking parameters via our REST API on all LTD tiers
✅ Yes — you can absolutely use a custom domain for sending emails
🛒 As for eCommerce (WooCommerce & Shopify):
• We do not currently support abandoned cart, product recommendations, or SKU-based triggers
• What is available on Tier 6 is:
• Contact sync
• Trigger flows on New Order and New Customer events

🧩 N8N: We don’t have a native integration yet, but you can connect via webhooks or the REST API.
If i purchase Tier 6 now and in the future when other ecommerce features ( abandoned cart, product recommendations, or SKU-based ) are created on enchant. Will it be available for me to use? Or will i have to pay for it seperately?
Short answer: we can’t say for sure yet. If features like abandoned cart or SKU-based flows do get built, they’ll likely be Premium-only, not included in Tier 6 — but we haven’t made a final call.
We just don’t want to promise something now that might change later 😅
