Every Encharge plan includes free managed email deliverability—we monitor your sending, reputation, bounce rates, blacklist status, and more. You’re backed by a proactive deliverability team that treats your sending like our own.

2. Are you whitelisted with ISPs?
We maintain 100% whitelisted domains and IPs, monitored daily across the 86 most common blacklists. While no provider is globally whitelisted at all times (there's no master switch), we act quickly if something affects inbox placement—we'll even migrate your account to a new email server if needed.

3. Are we sending using your reputation or ours?
You’re sending with your own domain reputation. That means you control your sender trust, and we support you with everything needed: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, all baked into your account settings.

4. Do I need to warm up my domain?

Cold outreach isn’t allowed on Encharge.
