Hi Encharge Support Team,
I have a 2021 LTD account with the 15,000 contact package. I'm unclear about the differences between the original 2021 plans and the current 2025 ones - is there a detailed comparison chart available?
Additionally, I'm confused about my upgrade options. Can I upgrade to a higher tier within my existing account, or would purchasing a new T1 package create a separate account rather than upgrading my current one?
Could you please explain simply and clearly what options are available for 2021 LTD buyers like me, and what outcomes each option would provide?

Thanks so much for the thoughtful message—and for riding with us since 2021!!
You're on the 15,000 subscriber LTD from the original AppSumo campaign, which maps to what we now call a Growth plan, Tier 3 equivalent. In 2025, we relaunched Encharge under new ownership (that’s us 😊), and while we’ve made some updates to plans, we’ve worked hard to keep things fair and even added some new options for 2021 buyers like yourself.
🔍 Key Differences (2021 LTD vs. 2025 Plans)
There’s no official side-by-side chart yet (it’s a great idea though—we’re noting it!!), but here’s the short version:
- You have a Growth LTD: All 2021 LTDs map to our Growth plan. Premium features (like Transactional emails, Segment/Salesforce integrations, etc.) are not included.
-LTD contact/sub-account limits are fixed: Your plan includes 15,000 subscribers and 6 sub-accounts for life, no monthly fees.
- Premium features require a monthly plan: Not available as upgrades to LTD, but we do offer 50% off Growth if you choose to switch.
