I cannot seem to get a straight answer as to why my customer data is not flowing through from Thrivecart to Encharge. I've integrated via write key, have tried de-authorizing and re-authorizing the integration, and have had Thrivecart support look into this from their end. Chatting with Encharge support tells me that I need their Premium version to integrate (which I understand if I want to have native functionality, but that's not my question) and don't seem to understand the write key integration in Thrivecart. How can I get this resolved??

It’s a good program. But for beginners, it involves workflow risks. One option would be for the developers to implement an AI-assisted Q&A feature with a clear, practical introduction. For example: “Explain how I can create a new folder. What should I pay attention to?” Constantly having to look things up in videos and other documents is pretty tiring.
