Q: How can I upgrade from the 2021 Tier 1 to Tier 6?
I currently have a Tier 1 account from the 2021 AppSumo deal and would like to upgrade it to the 2025 Tier 6 plan. Could you please let me know if I can upgrade directly through AppSumo, or if I need to go through your support team, and which details will be needed?
Additionally, I’d like to update my 2021 account with a new email address. Is that possible?
Lastly, could you provide details on the differences in features—added or removed—between my current plan and the 2025 Tier 6 plan?

I upgraded from the 2021 plan to the 2025 T6 plan. According to the 2021 deal, these features should still be available to me:
• API event ingestion
• HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment integrations
• Transactional emails • Event-based segmentation
• Custom objects & transactional categories
How can I check in my Encharge account whether each of these features is available or not?
Right now, there’s no centralized dashboard to view those legacy features, since most of them aren’t visible unless you go looking for them (e.g. triggering an API call, using event-based segmentation, or integrating a blocked app like HubSpot).

✅ If you bought in 2021 (especially Tier 4/), you still have access to Premium-level features like:
