Q: I have few question like difference between Subscribers & Unlimited emails and monthly or lifetime credits
I only do cold emailing for my clients like 10k in a month. So I don't understand the meaning of subscriber me because there is a limit to sending email lifetime or monthly. If I want to send 20000 emails monthly, then it's a lifetime deal or just 10k credits in Tier 2. Let me know

Apr 11, 2025A: 🚨 First: Encharge is not built or optimized for cold email.
Encharge is a marketing automation platform primarily for:
• Opt-in email sequences
• Lead nurturing
• Drip campaigns
• Behavioral automations
• CRM-style flows
That said, let’s still unpack the terminology and how it works with your question about 10k–20k cold emails per month:
🧠 "Subscribers" = People in your database
Every person (with an email) you store in Encharge counts as 1 subscriber. This includes: • People you've imported • People who entered a form • People added through integrations
So if you email 10k different people this month, and they all enter your Encharge database, that’s 10k subscribers.
💌 "Unlimited Emails" = No monthly send cap
There is no monthly sending limit on the LTD Growth plan—so you can send: • 1 email per month to 10k people • Or 10 emails per month to 2k people • Or even daily emails to 500 people...
As long as you stay under your subscriber limit.
Tier 2, for example, gives you:
• 10,000 subscribers
• Unlimited emails to those 10,000 people
• 3 sub-accounts (so you can split this between 3 clients, if needed)
📅 Is this a lifetime credit or monthly cap?
This is a one-time purchase for a lifetime limit:
• Tier 2 = up to 10,000 active subscribers forever
• Not monthly credits
• Not email volume–based
If you need to send 20k emails/month, and you're emailing 2k people 10 times each, no problem ✅
But if you’re emailing 20k different people every month, you’ll need at least Tier 3 or 4 (depending on overlap).
⚠️ Cold Email Note (again, just to be clear)
Encharge assumes opt-in audiences.
• Encharge doesn’t include warm-up or deliverability protection for cold outreach.
• You can technically send cold email using our tool, but it’s not what it was designed or optimized for.
Let me know how you’re thinking of structuring things—if you’re doing lead nurturing after cold email (e.g., move warm leads into Encharge), it could still be a great fit 🙌🙌
