Appreciate the thoughtful question — and totally get where you’re coming from.

Right now, Encharge handles all email sending through our own infrastructure (built on top of Amazon SES), and there isn’t a built-in way to route messages through your own ESP or MTA.

That said, if you're mainly looking to use Encharge for planning, strategy, and building visual automations — totally fair! You can use Flows, AI writing, segmentation, and everything else for planning purposes, without actually sending the emails live.

A few folks use it like that already: map out your campaigns, export email copy, and then implement elsewhere manually. Not the full integration you’re asking for — but still pretty useful if you're leaning on us for the strategy layer.
