May 15, 2024A: Hello, to integrate with Chatrace, you have to send a webhook from Chatrace to Encharge.

Alright, noted on that. So the users will need to submit a form from Chatrace for their information to be captured. Do you guys have plans to integrate with BotStar as well?

We routinely analyze and consider adding new features based on feedback.
In the meantime, you can use Zapier or Integromat (our integration is coming soon) to get contacts from Botstar to Encharge.
