❓ Are the emails sent from the Encharge servers?
Yes. All emails are sent through our managed email servers.
❓ Do I need to connect Mailchimp or another ESP (Email service provider) to send emails?
No. Encharge handles all email sending in-house.

❓ Is Encharge GDPR compliant?

❓ Can I send cold emails with Encharge?
No. Cold outreach and unsolicited emails are strictly prohibited. Scraped, rented, or paid contact lists are not allowed.
❓ Can I use Encharge for affiliate marketing emails?
Yes, you are allowed to include affiliate links and share helpful information in your marketing emails, with some restrictions:
Do not promote affiliate offers or send messages about affiliate marketing if these offers are the primary focus of the email.
❓ Can I use Encharge for my agency?
Yes. Encharge works great for marketing agencies. You can easily switch between your subaccounts through a single master account and add an unlimited number of team members.

❓ What is the difference between the Growth and the Premium plan?
The Growth plan will satisfy the needs of 99% of the marketers, site owners, and digital businesses out there. The Premium plan has some advanced features that would benefit SaaS companies.
❓ How are contacts distributed between sub-accounts?
The total number of contacts across your sub-accounts can’t be higher than the contacts on your license. Иf you have a 10,000-contact license and 4,000 contacts in one of your sub-account, the rest of the sub-accounts can have up to 6,000 contacts.
Having the same contact in 2 (or more) sub-accounts will be counted as separate contacts.
❓ What happens if I add more contacts to my account than the total number allowed by my license?
Contacts over your license limit won’t be created in Encharge.
❓ What are the Site tracking API events?
Page visits to your website and events sent from your app to Encharge through the API.
