Q: Integrations Say Included
I saw that on Teir 6 integrations were included. "Integrations & marketing automations" - I click the link - it shows a multiple of integrations - including HubSpot - Build an automated sales cadence with HubSpot and Encharge. (I have an image, just not able to attach) Start flows when a new lead is added, change a deal stage with triggers, and more. I am excited. I signed up - only to find that hubSpot is "Available on Premium plan." Your advertising did not mention that a different plan was needed. I purchased the Tier 6 because all the checks were included - I wanted a complete solution - only to find that your advertising integrations was not completely true. Is this just a glitch and it can be turned on for Tier 6 levels? Or should I request my $1000 back?

You’re absolutely right that on our main integrations page you’ll see HubSpot listed, along with other Premium-only integrations like Salesforce and Segment. The confusion comes from the fact that all integrations are shown in one place, but not all of them are available under the Growth plan (which is the plan the AppSumo LTD maps to, even at Tier 6).
To be super clear:
• All LTD tiers (including Tier 6) are mapped to our Growth plan
• Premium-only integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, etc.) are not included in the LTD — they require a Premium subscription
• Shopify and WooCommerce are exceptions: we made WooCommerce and Shopify unlockable on Tier 6 (and via a $299 one-off upgrade for 2021 buyers), even though they’re normally Premium-only — that was our way of sweetening the LTD deal
So this isn’t a glitch, and we don’t want to mislead anyone. The core value prop is: you’re getting enterprise-grade automation, unlimited emails, and a huge subscriber allowance for a one-time price — but Premium features still sit outside of the LTD.
I completely understand if HubSpot was your deciding factor. If that’s the case, you may want to take advantage of AppSumo’s refund window 🙏 But if your main focus is powerful automations, unlimited emails, native forms, and deep integrations with dozens of other tools (plus WooCommerce/Shopify on Tier 6), then Encharge still gives you a lot of firepower for the one-time cost.
Either way, thank you for raising this — we’ll look at how we can make the Growth vs Premium distinction clearer on the integrations page to avoid others running into the same confusion.
