Q: Is it possible to use a personal address like [email protected] as sender or is it only [email protected]?

Great question — and yes, you *technically can* use a personal email address like [email protected] as your sender in Encharge...
That said, we strongly recommend using a custom domain (like [email protected]) if you're planning to send to larger lists or care about deliverability. Here's why:
• Deliverability — Free email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) tend to get flagged more often by spam filters, especially if you’re sending marketing emails at scale.
• Authentication — You won’t be able to set up proper domain-level authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with a Gmail or similar address, which lowers your reputation and increases the risk of bounces.
