• Unlimited team members and native forms (included for free)
• Powerful logic and segmentation, even across multiple tools and touchpoints
• Integrations with Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, Typeform, Facebook Ads, etc.

However, if you’re relying heavily on Klaviyo’s deep Shopify/eCommerce-specific features (like product feeds, catalog-aware abandoned cart emails, or predictive analytics), you might find that Encharge is better for service businesses, SaaS, agencies, coaches, and creators — and slightly less eCom-centric (for now).
