Q: Little or no support
I'm thinking about requesting a refund because there's no one online to answer questions. When is support available? It seems there is little to no support for this product. What's offered is chatting with a bot, submitting questions, and waiting for someone to respond.

We hear you. Support has definitely been slower than we'd like during parts of the AppSumo campaign. That’s on us.
To clarify:
We do offer human support via email at support@encharge.io
, and we aim to reply within 24 business hours (often faster). We don’t currently offer live chat or phone support — but every message is seen by our small team (I’m one of the new owners since 2025, and I personally reply to many).
That said, we’re actively improving our systems based on feedback like yours. We’re also planning better onboarding resources to help fill that gap between automation setup and hands-on help.
Totally understand if this gives you pause — AppSumo’s generous refund window is there for a reason — but if you’re still curious, we’d love a second shot to show you the value. We’re committed to building something long-term, and feedback like yours helps us get better 🙏

On the contrary, I was emailing Iliyan at Encharge (support(at)encharge(dot)io) about troubleshooting and he replied 4x times within just a few hours. Great support for me!
