Q: moving from Mailchimp?
Hi, I am considering moving my list from Mailchimp (900 subscribers). I am a very small, one person business in the art of hot glass. I do have a wordpress and woo shop online. Mostly sell physical products. I can not afford tier 6. Is there a work around to link people clicking on products so that I can send them email on ... hey, this is still available?... type of email. ?
I think that would be awesome.
Thank you for any insight.
cheers,
Bronwen

Love what you’re doing — and yes, we totally get the one-person business hustle 💪
So here’s the honest scoop:
Right now, WooCommerce is only available on Tier 6 — we wish we could offer it on lower tiers, but it’s one of the few integrations we’ve had to reserve due to how complex it is to support.
That said... there is a potential workaround:
If your WordPress site (or Woo shop) can send Webhooks or use a form plugin (like WPForms or Gravity Forms), you could:
• Tag people when they click a product
• Add them to a Flow in Encharge
• Then send a follow-up like “Still thinking about this?” or similar
It’s not full product tracking, but it can still help you follow up with interested folks! And we’re happy to help you set that up — just shoot us a message at support@encharge.io and we’ll walk you through it 🙌
Appreciate you considering the switch from Mailchimp — hope we can help you make it a good one!
Thank you. I believe wordpress and Woocommerce I can add webhooks. Thank you. I will purchase, and send you a message for help.
More than happy to help!
