Q: Need Info on Tier 6

I’m interested in purchasing Tier 6, but I have a couple of questions:

1. I really need access to the transactional emails feature. Is there any workaround to include this feature as add-on without moving to a monthly subscription?

2. Besides the features included in Tier 6, are there any additional features available only through your website or monthly plans that are not part of the LTD (lifetime deal)?

Happy to help with your questions about Tier 6:

1. Transactional Emails as an Add-On:
Unfortunately, there’s no way to add transactional emails to your Tier 6 LTD account without moving to a Premium subscription. Transactional emails are exclusively a Premium feature, and we don’t offer it as a standalone add-on for LTD accounts. The only way to access transactional emails is by upgrading to a Premium monthly plan.

2. Additional Features in Monthly Plans Only:
The following features are Premium-only (not included in any LTD tier, even Tier 6):

• Transactional emails
• Salesforce integration
• HubSpot integration
• Segment.com integration
• Custom objects
• Event-based segmentation
• Transactional API

I would really be interested in having a Tier 6, if transactional emails were added, only from Encharge. Not as an integration or API, can you rethink it?

I mean, not sending “WordPress” or other emails from Enghargue, but putting a user in an automation, and sending a transactional email with information about the contracted service or specific information about your service.

Totally hear you — we’d love to offer a native transactional-style email inside automations for LTD users someday. For now, though, that kind of functionality lives squarely in the Premium plan, mostly due to the infrastructure and deliverability demands it brings.

That said, we are listening, and we’re actively gathering feedback like this to guide future product decisions!

Is a custom object different than a custom field?

Yes — custom fields store data about a person (like “Plan” or “Signup Date”), while custom objects are separate data models (like “Invoices” or “Bookings”) linked to people.

Custom objects are more advanced and not included in the Growth/LTD plan.
