Nov 19, 2025A: You’re right: the AppSumo deal doesn’t include everything, and we’ve been transparent about that. All LTD tiers are based on our Growth plan, not Premium — which is where features like event targeting, Ingest API, transactional emails, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. live.
That’s not about forcing people onto subscriptions — it’s about sustainability. Sending unlimited emails already has real infrastructure costs, so we had to draw a line somewhere to make the LTD work long-term.
That said, even without those Premium features, you're still getting:
• Unlimited emails
• Full automation flows
• Broadcasts
• Segmentation
• Unlimited team members
• Forms, tags, custom fields
• Shopify & WooCommerce on Tier 6
• And yes — full REST API access (just not the Ingest API)
We totally respect if this deal’s not for you. But for many marketers, it’s still enterprise-grade automation for a one-time fee.
