Q: Past 2021 buyers question

I still don't understand how to upgrade or stack towards this campaign. What is the gain here for past buyers? What do we really get from this? Very very confusing.

A: Hey Diogo! Totally fair to feel confused — let me break it down clearly for you 🙌

If you bought Encharge back in 2021 on AppSumo, here’s how things work today:

✅ You keep all your original LTD features — including access to API events, event-based segmentation, and more (which are excluded from the 2025 LTD).

✅ If you want access to Shopify or WooCommerce, you can unlock them with a one-time $299 upgrade — no need to move to a subscription or buy anything else. This option is available from your Apps page inside Encharge.

🚫 You can’t stack or "top up" your old plan into a 2025 LTD tier. If you want more subscribers beyond your original limit, you’d need to move to a subscription — but you’ll get a 50% lifetime discount on Growth if you do that.

So: 2021 buyers got the most generous deal overall — and we’re still honoring those original limits. This current campaign is just a different offer, under new ownership.

And yes — big thanks to @Digitalfastmind! Your reply was spot on 🙏

Easy one (not affiliated) - You can pay the $299 directly on the backend and unlock the new integrations but not the brand removal on forms. Can't upgrade/top up the subscriber number, but at least you will not have a crippled deal in terms of integrations (that are super important)

Yep, thanks for the help!

No, this is not good, so what if I want to remove the form branding? Do ai need to stack 1 code and then pay the 299 for the extra functionality? How is this a good deal for us?

What about this branding in the forms? How can I get rid of that while being a past 2021 buyer? Can you include this as part of the 299$ upgrade that you keep pushing? Otherwise this is an unrealistic deal for me

Well, it seems you got silent now 🤣
