- I'm looking to collect a user's region in the email form. Their choice here would create a tag or category (whatever would allow me to email everyone that chose, say, the northeastern US as opposed to the southeastern US). Is there a way to do this now, or is this coming soon?
- Let’s say I got a saas, can my saas send event to Encharge via api so it will understand user behaviour and send dedicated specific emails to that specific user based on his actions through the events? Is this feature included? In this appsumo deal? . It’s extremely important for me to know this. Also can I embed Encharge as a little block on my website (that little block that users can put their email for newsletter)?
- We manage email marketing tasks for a number of clients so I was excited to give Encharge a try to see if the sub-account set up would make that work easier for my team to manage. I purchased a Tier 6 plan during the Black Friday sale and am in the process of setting it up when I discovered that the HubSpot integration is not included with the LTD. Like others, I missed that detail in the fine print. The only way that I see to use the HubSpot integration is to change from the LTD over to the Premium plan which costs $879 per month for way more functionality than we want (eg: I have no need for the Salesforce or Segment.com integrations). I understand the need for hard lines in the sand to keep these LTD's economically viable so here's my question: - Is it possible to pay a smaller monthly fee for the HubSpot integration alone?
- Can you please add phone number as another identifier to update a subscriber record? I added it to the roadmap requests but reposting here for visibility. I am trying to create an SMS opt in flow with Twilio + Pabbly Encharge connector. I only have the subscriber phone number to update a subscriber record (tagged for sms_opt_in), but I cannot update a record without an email! (since Encharge uses the email field as the unique identifier for updating subscriber records) I am using a Pabbly connector with: - Routes to webhook SMS replies of "Y" to opt in and "STOP" to opt out - Encharge: Add or Update Person action step - SMS reply filter - "Y" = assign tag sms_opt_in - "STOP" = assign tag sms_opt_out PLEASE UPVOTE IN ROADMAP - feedback(dot)encharge(dot)io/feature-requests/posts/allow-phone-field-to-update-subscriber-record
- I'm thinking about requesting a refund because there's no one online to answer questions. When is support available? It seems there is little to no support for this product. What's offered is chatting with a bot, submitting questions, and waiting for someone to respond.
