Here’s how it works:

– Your 2021 deal was mapped to our Growth plan, and while you can’t stack more subscribers on top of that license directly, you can unlock additional subscriber capacity by paying for just the difference via subscription.
– In your case, if you're at 10k now and want another 10k, you’d only need to pay for 10k extra subscribers on a Growth subscription. And as a 2021 LTD user, you get a permanent 50% discount on any plan you upgrade into.

For example:
– The regular monthly price for 10k extra is $149
– With your 50% LTD discount, that drops to $74.50/mo

You can activate this right inside your Encharge account under Billing → Upgrade.

👉 Just a quick heads-up: if you bought your license in 2021 and upgraded it to a 2025 plan via AppSumo, and you notice any features missing (like HubSpot or event-based triggers), no worries — you’re still entitled to your original 2021 limits. Just email us at support@encharge.io and we’ll restore them for you.
