Daniel, previously i went all out and purchased tier 5.Admittedly, I have not used it that much. However, i need to know where we are with previous buyers. I know you have mentioned this in your statement, but for me its not clear. If i want new limits, what i have will be the same or will change and what exactly do i need to purchase to do this.One extra tier or all 5 again, which i am not prepared to do. If i do not go for the new deal, where does that leave me? Sorry for all tehe questions, but I guess i need more clarity.

Let me break it down as clearly as I can:
✅ Where 2021 Tier 5 buyers stand today:
• You still have everything you were promised back then—including up to 25,000 subscribers, 12 sub-accounts, and all Growth plan features.
• You can continue using your 2021 license with no forced changes, no expiration, and no extra fees.
⚙️ What if you want the new limits/features?
The 2025 campaign introduces a new Tier 6, which includes:
• 50,000 subscribers
• 24 sub-accounts
• WooCommerce integration (this one’s a biggie—normally Premium-only, even though the plans are mapped to Growth, so this one's beyond Growth)
If you want to keep things separate, you could purchase a new Tier 6 license. It doesn’t replace or upgrade your old one—it simply lives alongside it as a separate account (but you can log into both with the same email and switch between them).
ORR you could upgrade your past tier 5 to tier 6.
You don’t need to re-buy anything again. Just upgrade to Tier 6 if it fits your needs, and you just pay the difference
If Tier 6 feels like too much, but you really want something like WooCommerce, we did offer a one-time unlock option just for 2021 buyers. You’ll find it in your Apps page (where all integrations sit: https://app.encharge.io/settings/apps) inside your 2021 Encharge account

Ok, that is perfectly clear. I will see what the difference is to upgrade to tier 5 but in all honesty, i do not use woo commerce at all. So not sure if all i would get is more users and accounts. It may or may not be worth it.
Ah tier 6 is over 600 usd, i don't think that is worth it for me.

One middle ground could also be buying a new license, but a smaller one, so that you up the limits but not maxing out. Up to you! Let me know if I can help you with anything else

Absolutely, yes—you can! 🙌
If you grab more licenses under the same AppSumo email and activate them with the same Encharge login, they’ll all show up under one master account. From there, you can easily switch between each license just like subaccounts. Each one has its own contact limit and set of subaccounts, but you can manage everything from one place.

Hey Daniel, I think i am going to jump on an extra tier just to support, but i would like to know if you would consider adding latenode as a direct integration at some point. This works with BD and many sumolings have also purchased that LTD.
Do you happen to know if they have API/some sort of easy opening we can look at, to connect to them?
Yes they do, and they are a major competitor to make and others. But BD has totally integrated with them.
Ok great. If they have a simple & easy way to connect to them, I'm thinking about getting someone solely for doing integrations 1 by 1... this could be one of them 🤔 CRMs and connectors like Zapier/Latenode/etc are a huge multiplier as it opens up many gates in turn
Do 2021 Tier 5 holders who upgrade to Tier 6 get the stripped feature set? I want to ensure that everything that is currently included in my T5 remains intact, but would love the extra subscriber count.

As far as i am aware, you do not get the extra subs, but everything else is as was before. You only get the subs with a new account.
