✅ Can your SaaS send events via API to Encharge to trigger emails?

If you're referring to sending user events (like “signed up,” “clicked a button,” “completed onboarding,” etc.) to Encharge via API to then send specific, behavior-based emails…
👉 That’s only available in the Premium plan, and not included in the 2025 AppSumo lifetime deal (LTD).

We know how important this feature is—and trust me, we use it ourselves daily—but to keep the LTD sustainable, API-based event tracking and “event-based segmentation” are reserved for paying Premium users.

So if you absolutely need this, you'd want to look at a paid Premium plan: encharge.io/pricing

That said, you can still do powerful automation in the LTD deal using:

• Tags
• Custom fields
• Page visits (via our tracking script)
• Form submissions (via native or connected forms)
• Email actions like: “Opened a specific email,” “Clicked a specific link”
• Native integrations with tools like Typeform, Calendly, Stripe, etc.

For many SaaS onboarding flows or nurturing campaigns, that’s already enough to get meaningful automation going without custom dev work.

✅ Can you embed a form (newsletter block) on your website?

Yes!! You can now create native forms directly inside Encharge and embed them on your site to collect emails 🙌

These are included in the LTD and pretty easy to customize. You'll find them in the Forms section of your account and can publish them as:

• Inline embeds
• Pop-ups
• Slide-ins

So for your newsletter signup or SaaS lead gen, you’re covered ✅

TL;DR
