Q: Question regarding subaccounts: 1.

can I remove the subaccount anytime to free up the sub account link / create new ones?
2. can I assign an email (client) as the owner of the subaccount, but I still have access/view it? Or only the subaccount owner (client) can. (so whether I have access to subaccount or not)
3. Can I set how many subscribers/trackingevents a sub account can have? Or is it a shared pool? (e.g. subaccount 1 only can use 1000 subs and 1000 tracking, subaccount 2 can have 2000 and 2000, and subaccount 3 have the rest.

A: Hi there,

Thank you for asking!

We built the sub-accounts feature specifically for the AppSumo launch so the feature is not that robust, yet. Currently, you can only add sub-accounts. The sub-accounts work as a shared pool of contacts.

We understand that sub-account management is important, especially for agencies, so we do plan to make this more robust and build the features that you suggested.
