Case is:- An Incognito browser > Added product to Cart & Checkout > Filled th Form so i can see shipping >(They have my email now)
What i have seen not even checking out, not even logged in..... they share me the email of "product is left in cart".
Question 1:
But the Triggers you guys have is
"New Customer in Shopify" & "New Order in Shopify"
Can it be achieved. (Abandon card trigger you DONT have)
Q2:
When will wordpress support this kind of thing. YOUR Plan.....and Please atleast tell an estimation month (like Next year Q1")...This is a must to answer question. No more ignoring.
I am breaking my bank 3 year FD to upgrade it. I deserve to know that.
Question 3:
Also razorpay payment integration. Any timeline. ....do not tell me to changelog page.... dont want to listen that.
That is everyones demand here, shopify costly!!

Q1: Can we trigger abandoned cart emails with Encharge + Shopify?
Right now, no — we don’t support abandoned cart or checkout-stage triggers.
The current Shopify integration (available on Tier 6) includes:
• “New Customer”
• “New Order”
We don’t get cart or checkout event data from Shopify, so abandoned cart flows aren’t possible at the moment. Definitely something we’d love to expand on — just not there yet.
Q2: WordPress / WooCommerce checkout triggers — when?
Totally fair to ask, and we respect how much this means to you. But we don’t want to promise a timeline we may have to walk back. Right now there is no confirmed ETA for deeper WooCommerce triggers like abandoned cart. The current integration (also Tier 6) supports:
• New Order
• New Customer
We are seeing more requests for this though, so we’re listening. Just can’t give you a specific quarter/date at this time. Hope that’s okay.
Q3: Razorpay — timeline?
At the moment, Razorpay isn’t on the confirmed roadmap. That doesn’t mean it’s ruled out, but there’s no internal timeline we can commit to. We understand it’s popular, especially in markets like India, and your feedback helps prioritize.
