Q: Send PDF doc once someone enters their email

Hello,
Is it possible to have Encharge send a PDF document if someone enters their email address automatically -- for example, I'm trying to send a teaser chapter 1 book for an EBook that I wrote if someone signs up.

A: Yes, you can set up an automated email in Encharge that sends a PDF download link when someone submits their email.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Upload Your PDF to Google Drive or Dropbox (or any other cloud storage): Make the PDF file shareable via a direct link.

2. Create a Form in Encharge (Native Form or any 3rd party form connected via the Form Submitted trigger).

3. Set Up an Automation Flow:
- Trigger: "Form Submitted" (for the form where users enter their email).
- Action: "Send Email".
- In the email, include the direct link to the PDF file you uploaded.

This way, when someone submits their email, they will automatically receive an email with a link to the PDF document. Since Encharge doesn’t support file attachments in emails, this is the best method.
