• If someone fills out a form or gets added via an integration (like WooCommerce), they’re added directly to your list without needing to confirm their email
• No additional confirmation or double opt-in email is sent — unless you intentionally configure one in your Flow
• So in your case — if someone purchases through WooCommerce, they're added to your account immediately (assuming you’re on Tier 6 which includes WooCommerce integration — or a 2021 LTD buyer with the $299 unlock) — no extra confirmation required 🎉

You're also totally right on the legal side — in many jurisdictions, single opt-in is completely valid and often preferred for transactional or post-purchase automations.
