Hi, I am very satisfied Encharge user since 2021. And now I have been thinking about Tier 6. Can you explain, what exactly the "subaccount" mean, please?

A subaccount in Encharge is essentially a fully separate Encharge workspace, all under your main login. Each subaccount has its own:
• Contact list
• Automation flows
• Emails, broadcasts, templates
• Team members (you can invite different people to each subaccount)
• Integrations and settings
Think of it like having multiple “mini-Encharges” inside one dashboard. Perfect for running things across different brands, clients, products, or divisions—without any risk of cross-contamination.
With Tier 6, you'd unlock: • 50,000 total subscribers
• 24 subaccounts to use however you like
• And WooCommerce integration (which is exclusive to Tier 6 in the 2025 deal)
So if you're scaling across clients or projects, Tier 6 is our most powerful LTD yet 🙌

Wow, it sounds perfect. Can I move part of my current list to one of the subaccounts? If I wanted to use subaccounts for different services, would I need to set each email account from the scratch or can one share general settings?

You can move part of your list to a subaccount — you'd just export the segment and import it into the subaccount manually. Right now, subaccounts are fully separate, so things like email settings, templates, and flows aren’t shared. Each one starts fresh.
That said, once you’ve set up one, it’s easy to replicate the basics across others if needed!
