Q: Subaccount Subscriber Duplicates?
I have multiple companies and there’s a crossover with the subscribers.
I understand that the subscriber limit is across all sub accounts but what about duplicate subscribers?
For example, if Subscriber 1 joins the Subaccount A email list & Subaccount B email list, will they count as 1 contact or 2 contacts?
I’m assuming the platform would notice it’s the same email and count it as 1 but wanted to double check. Thanks!

Each subaccount in Encharge is completely separate — including its own contacts, automations, and billing limits. So even if the same person signs up for multiple subaccounts using the same email, they’ll be counted separately in each subaccount.
So in your example, Subscriber 1 would count as 2 contacts total — one in Subaccount A and one in Subaccount B.
