Q: Targeting and nurturing suspects / prospects - is that a valid use case with encharge?

For which use cases encharge is not an option?

A: Hey Nilay! 👋 Love the strategic thinking behind this question — let's dive right in:

✅ Is targeting and nurturing suspects/prospects a valid use case with Encharge?

Absolutely — that’s one of Encharge’s superpowers!! 🚀

You can:

• Capture leads via native forms or connected tools
• Tag, segment, and qualify prospects based on actions or attributes
• Nurture them with automated email sequences
• Score leads, move them between flows, and personalize messaging dynamically

Whether you're warming up cold leads, building educational drips, or running multi-step nurture journeys, Encharge is built exactly for that kind of marketing automation.

🚫 When is Encharge not the right fit?

Just want to be fully real with you:

• Cold email / outreach — We don’t allow cold email sending. Contacts must be opted-in.
(Think marketing nurture, not first-touch outbound.)
• Advanced CRM/sales pipeline — Encharge is not a full CRM replacement. You can integrate with CRMs, but we don't have a pipeline or deal management view natively.

TL;DR:
If you want to capture, nurture, and convert prospects — Encharge is 🔥.
If you're trying to run cold outreach or replace a CRM it's not the perfect fit.

Thanks again for such a thoughtful question!!
Let me know if you want help sketching a sample nurture flow — would love to jam with you on it 🙌🙌

Currently lead details come from business cards exchanged at events Or email ids connected for different purposes or collected from LinkedIn outreach.

So there is no system where customers opt in as we are into B2B Digital Tx consulting it's not B2C business.

Yes customers are interested in what we talk but then to continue make our presence felt we need to engage with email campaigns

Fitment?

Hey Nilay 👋

Thanks for the extra context — super helpful!

If the people gave you their business cards directly, or willingly connected their emails (like after a call, webinar, meeting, etc.), that's usually considered implied consent — and you can absolutely nurture them with Encharge 🙌

✅ B2B lead engagement = good fit
❌ Pure LinkedIn scraping or cold outreach lists = not allowed

I want to understand how Encharge differentiates between cold outreach and nurturing campaigns, as the distinction is subtle. How does it identify these campaign types, and can users see this classification? Additionally, what happens if a campaign is flagged as cold outreach?

Hey Nilay! 👋
Good question. We don’t auto-tag campaigns as "cold" — it's up to you to follow consent best practices.
If something gets flagged (say, high spam complaints), we manually review and get in touch first — no robots shutting you down out of nowhere 😅🙌

Hey David, appreciate your response.🙏🙏
What happens to Encharge LTD plan / campaign if anything is flagged as cold outreach / high spam?
Just want to be sure before purchasing the LTD tomorrow, all dedicated time and effort for setting up an entire email Marketing system.
Today I am not aware of how things will unfold I want to be 100% sure that I'm doing things right and that too at once.
