Q: Tell me your non friction contact and onboarding options. Must be set up this week!

in 7 days im in Pheonix retreat with limited signal but a lot os Aligned people may want to connect or even attend my healing sessions.
I’d love help creating onboarding flows inside Encharge only so I'm aware of all the quick opt-ins features you have like QR codes that that build list and trigger automations after I return after being there for a week.

Please explain:

A) Best subtle opt-ins that new leads that I can use in a casual convos scenario
B) Posting in a large fb group soon for healing sessions - CTA (Encharge)
C) Also if I do a laughter yoga sesh thats free I want to onboard them to another free group and keep them up to speed re paid offerings.

RE the flow for people who attend my healing sessions a Post-session feedback via Google Form must be done as well. If i can pull this off Id LOVE to be an Encharge advocate

A: Hey hey!! 🙌 I love what you're planning — sounds like a soulful combo of healing, automation, and aligned connection. Totally down to help you pull this off before Phoenix 🌵✨

Let me break it down step by step so you can get your flow set up inside Encharge only, no code, no extra tools. Just good vibes and powerful marketing automation.

A) Best subtle opt-ins for casual convos (retreat chats, QR codes, etc.)

Here’s what works great in a non-pushy, sacred-space-appropriate way:

• Native forms — You can create a quick Encharge form in under 5 minutes. Mobile-friendly, simple. Great for "Hey if you're curious to hear from me later, scan this and leave your best email" moments.
→ Access here: Forms → Create Form

• QR Code to Form — Use any free QR generator and link to your Encharge form. Print or display it during sessions. You can even say:

"Scan this if you want me to send you a little something after Phoenix 💛"

• One-question opt-in — Use just "First name" and "Email" on the form to reduce friction. You can tag them automatically as “Phoenix Retreat” in the Flow after form submission.

• Offline signups — If people are writing names on paper or Google Sheets, you can later import them to Encharge (CSV import) and trigger a welcome sequence once you're back.

B) Facebook Group CTA — for your healing sessions

If you're dropping a post in a big FB group, here’s a CTA that works beautifully with Encharge:

"Offering a few free healing sessions this week 🌿 If you'd like to receive details and a private invite, drop your name/email here: [link to Encharge form]

I’ll send you the next session info + a few grounding resources when I'm back from retreat."

Once they sign up:
• You tag them as “Healing Interest - FB”
• They get a beautiful thank-you email
• You can follow up with session invites or offers later on via Flows

C) Laughter Yoga Session → Free Group → Paid Offerings

Here’s a smooth flow to guide them:

1. Invite to free group
• After they attend the laughter yoga session, show a QR code to opt in.
• Form should tag them with something like “Laughter Session - Phoenix”

2. Welcome Email
• Automatically sent after form submission:

“Thanks for bringing your joy to the session! Here’s where the laughter continues: [link to your free community/group]”

3. Follow-up Flow
• A few days later, send another email:

“Hey, just checking in — here’s what’s next on my journey, and how you can be part of it…”
• Share upcoming offerings, paid sessions, or your story

🎯 BONUS: Feedback via Google Form

No problem! You can trigger a follow-up email with a Google Form link in it.

• Build the form in Google
• Add a delay step (e.g. 1 day after event) in Encharge
• Send the email like:

“I’d love to know how the experience felt for you. This quick 1-minute form helps me make each session more intentional: [Google Form link]”

🛠 Your Go-To Setup Checklist (Do this this week!)

Exactly — you’ve got it.

In Encharge, a Flow always needs a trigger (the thing that starts the automation). In your case, the trigger would be:
Trigger → “Form Submitted”
