Q: Thrivecart Clarification and Suggestion
I have purchased Tier 5 and don't really need the WooCommerce or Shopify integrations in Tier 6. Also, I use Fluent Forms thus the branding feature on Tier 6 adds no value. In an earlier post, someone asked about Thrivecart integration workarounds. The answer was to use the native Thrivecart integration with Encharge or Pabbly Connect. I currently have the Thrivecart integration with WishList Member. On wordpress, Wishlist member integrates with many email providers (23 or more) and shopping carts (WC, Shopify and Thivecart and many more). Thus, one question and a suggestion. What advantage does your native Thrivecart have versus any of the workaround since I can send leads onto Encharge. The suggustion is why not include one (Thrivecart) shopping cart in Tier 4 or 5. At moment, none. Only reason for Tier 6 is 25,000 extra users.

May 31, 2025A: Hey John 🙌 Thanks so much for the thoughtful post and the detailed suggestion!
You're spot on — Encharge does already work with Thrivecart via a couple of routes, including Pabbly Connect and Webhooks. And as you noticed, if you're already using something like WishList Member as the glue between Thrivecart and your site/membership flow, you can easily pipe leads into Encharge that way too.
That said, here’s what you get with our native Thrivecart integration (available to everyone, not limited to a specific tier):
• Simpler setup — no 3rd-party tool needed
• Automatic contact mapping from Thrivecart into Encharge
• Cleaner data sync for tags, product names, and payment metadata
So if you're already running a reliable system with Fluent Forms + WishList Member + Thrivecart, you may not need the native Thrivecart integration — and that’s totally fine. We built Encharge to work with your stack, not force you into ours.
As for the suggestion to include at least one eCommerce/cart integration like Thrivecart in Tier 4 or 5 — we definitely hear you. The honest reason it’s not included is because our more complex integrations (like Shopify, WooCommerce, and in some ways, Thrivecart) add a lot of support overhead and long-term infrastructure cost, which is why we bundled them into Tier 6 only for the 2025 LTD.
That said — totally fair feedback. If we hear this request from more users, we may revisit the decision post-campaign. For now, we want to keep things clear and sustainable, and we’re doing our best to strike a balance 🙏
Appreciate your support and the kind of constructive, experienced take that helps us shape Encharge for the long haul 💪 Let us know if you'd like a deeper dive into using Thrivecart via your current stack or directly!

Dear David totally understandable. Thank you for the reply. Just a further suggestion to help your business out. Why not offer an integration with Wishlist Member (they have 120,000 clients) and other WP membership sites. It looks like all your main competitors already have an integration.

An additional comment not related to Thrivecart. I keep seeing lots of questions on here regarding transactional emails. Mailer Lite for example, has two products - email marketing and transactional emails. Your Appsumo offer is clearly email marketing and one can combine your service with other transactional email providers. For example, I use Brevo for tranactional emails but many options.
Totally hear you on WishList Member — it’s a strong player in the WP space and a logical next step for us. We’ll take a closer look after the campaign wraps. Thanks for the suggestion!
And yep, you nailed it on transactional emails: Encharge = marketing automation, not transactional delivery. Pairing us with Brevo (or similar) is exactly the right call, and glad you're already running that setup!
