Q: Thrivecart Integration Confusion
I'm really confused about the new Thrivecart integration announced today. How does this affect the existing integration available from the Thrivecart side? If there is no change to the TC-side integration, do these integrations have different features (other than the integration on the Encharge side being paywalled)? Please help me understand, because I thought the Thrivecart integration already existed, and I bought in at tier 5 for that reason.

May 30, 2025A: Hey Charlotte — totally fair question, and I’m glad you asked 🙏
You’re right that ThriveCart has always offered webhooks, and many Encharge users (especially from the 2021 campaign) have connected the two that way — by sending data from ThriveCart into Encharge via a webhook or through Zapier.
What we launched recently is a native ThriveCart integration on the Encharge side. That means:
• No need to set up custom webhooks
• No need for third-party tools like Zapier
• You can now connect your ThriveCart account directly inside Encharge, choose triggers and build automations from there
📌 Important difference:
This new native integration is available only to Tier 6 buyers in the 2025 AppSumo campaign. Since you’re on Tier 5, the ThriveCart-side setup (via webhook or Zapier) still works — but the new plug-and-play native option inside Encharge is gated to Tier 6.
Hope that clears it up! Let me know if you want help with your current setup.
I think perhaps we're not on the same page. Thrivecart has a direct integration with Encharge within its own integrations page. It's really easy to set up. Took like 2 seconds.
Yes, apologies for the confusion — that page has always been there ever since ThriveCart created their own native Encharge integration. We've added it there since they had all the documentation for it.
Now, in May 2025, we've made it native on our end as well.
