Q: Transactional emails
First of all, I just wanted to say I’m really impressed with your tool — it looks amazing and super useful. Congrats to the whole team, you’ve done a great job!
I’m very interested in buying, but I just wanted to clarify one thing before moving forward.
Could you please confirm what exactly is considered a transactional email in your platform?
I'm asking because I want to make sure I’m following the rules. For example, does that mean I can’t send emails to cold lists or new leads that haven’t interacted with me yet?

Regarding your question, in Encharge, transactional emails are emails that are directly related to a user’s actions, purchases, or other transactions they have with your business. These include:
• Order confirmations
• Password reset emails
• Shipping notifications
• Account creation confirmations
• Other one-to-one emails triggered by user actions
However, it’s important to note that transactional emails are only available on our Premium plan. This means they are not included in the Growth plan or any of the AppSumo Lifetime Deal tiers.
As for cold emails — sending emails to cold lists or new leads who haven’t interacted with you yet — this is not allowed in Encharge. Our platform is designed for permission-based email marketing, meaning you can only email people who have explicitly opted in to receive your communications.

Hey! 👋 Yes, you can upgrade your tier later, but only while the AppSumo deal is live.
After the deal ends, upgrades won’t be available — you’d have to switch to a subscription plan.

Hey David, I'm a bit confused about the transactional emails. I bought Tier 6 because of the WCM integration and you now say that if I want to send mails regarding an order, then I have to upgrade to Premium and pay monthly? So why the integration into Tier 6? I thought this was the Premium Plan? Can you please clarify that, because then I don't need Tier 6. Thank you.

✅ Tier 6 WooCommerce integration is for marketing emails (like upsells, review requests) — not true transactional emails (like order confirmations).
❌ Transactional emails are part of our Premium plan (subscription-based).
Tier 6 is still powerful for automations, but if you mainly needed it for transactional emails, I get why this is frustrating.
