Q: Unsubscribed/Deleted Contacts
If a contact is not engaged, can we unsub/delete that contact?
And if we delete them, do they still count towards the subscriber count?

Yes — you can unsubscribe or delete contacts anytime. Once a contact is deleted, they no longer count toward your subscriber limit.
Unsubscribed contacts still exist in your account (for compliance and history) but don’t receive emails — and do count toward your limit until deleted.
