Right now, API access (specifically the Ingest API and event-based segmentation) is part of the Premium plan only, and not included in the AppSumo lifetime deal. That’s a conscious line we’ve drawn to protect the sustainability of the LTD offer — you’re getting enterprise-grade marketing automation for a one-time price, but advanced event/data-driven features are part of the monthly subscription tiers.

That said, a few important notes:

• We’re not offering any lifetime tier with Premium features right now, and we don’t want to create a one-off tier that we might regret or have to revoke access to later 😬
• You can upgrade from your LTD account to the Premium plan (or Growth subscription) and get 50% off for life — this discount is available to any AppSumo buyer and can be activated from your Encharge billing area.
• If you're only needing some specific integration that would normally require API access, drop us a note at support@encharge.io. In some cases, we can help explore a workaround using tools like Zapier, Webhooks, or native forms.

Also worth noting — REST API (which is separate from the Ingest/Event API) is still technically accessible on LTD accounts. We don’t promote it or list it publicly, but if that could help in your case, feel free to reach out privately and we’ll guide you case-by-case.
