ScottishBearQ: What do you mean by Sub-accounts?
Under License Tier 2 I could get 3 sub-accounts - but what do you mean by that?
If i had 3 different websites/domains and wanted to keep subscribers separate, email address that i am sending from separate, etc for each of the 3 websites - then can i do this with tier 2?
is it basically lie having 3 separate accounts with encharge - but you would just login to one where you would manage all 3??

Yes — sub-accounts in Encharge are basically like having multiple separate accounts under one login.
With Tier 2, you get 3 sub-accounts, which means:
Here’s what’s separate in each sub-account:
• Contact list
• Flows & automation
• Email templates
• Segments, tags, custom fields
• Sending domains + sender email addresses
• Integrations
And here’s what’s shared across all sub-accounts:
• Your login (you can switch between them easily from the menu)
• Team members (you can add people to each sub-account individually, too)
So yes, if you’ve got 3 different websites or businesses, you can absolutely keep each one totally separate — their own subscribers, emails, branding, everything — all under the same master login 🙌
