Q: What is lacking in tier 6 when no previous purchase?

Has any update happened to whats included in the plans in tier 6? For example ecents vased segmentation etc?

No changes to Tier 6 as of now — event-based segmentation, API event tracking, and similar advanced features are still not included. Those are part of our Premium plan only.
Tier 6 gives you:
• Up to 50,000 subscribers
• Shopify, WooCommerce, and ThriveCart integrations
• All Growth plan features (Flows, Broadcasts, Segments, Forms, etc.)
If you’re a 2021 buyer upgrading to Tier 6, you do keep your original Premium-level features — just email us if anything’s missing.
