Q: What is the upgrade path from AppSumo to Premium?
Hello I was strongly considering Tier 6, but I noticed that transactional emails are not included. I'd really like to handle all of my emails inside a single tool.
If I were to purchase Tier 6, and later decided I really needed Premium, is there an upgrade path (e.g. discount for life, 12 months, etc) on Premium, or is the Appsumo deal a total loss at that point?

Upgrading from AppSumo (Growth Plan) to Premium → If you purchase Tier 6 (or any other LTD tier) and later decide you need the Premium plan for features like transactional emails, you can upgrade directly from your Encharge account.
❌ No Discount on Premium for AppSumo Buyers:
Unfortunately, there is no discount on the Premium plan for AppSumo buyers. The 50% discount only applies to the Growth plan (subscription), which is already included in your LTD.
✅ How to Upgrade to Premium:
- Go to "Billing" → "Upgrade" in your Encharge account.
- Select the Premium plan.
-Complete the upgrade at the standard Premium price.
✅ Will You Lose Your LTD (Growth) Plan?
Technically, yes. When you switch to Premium, you leave the LTD (Growth) plan and become a Premium subscriber. But all your data, contacts, and workflows will remain intact.
