Edited May 6, 2025A: Hey Ryan! Great question — and totally get why you're asking 🙌
Right now, Encharge does not offer full white-label functionality — meaning you can’t rebrand the platform under your own domain or swap out the Encharge logo in the UI. It’s not built as an agency-resell tool in that sense.
That said, you can still do quite a bit:
• Emails are fully unbranded — no Encharge logos, even on lower tiers
• Tier 6 users can now remove “Powered by Encharge” from Native Forms (new mid-campaign bonus!)
• You can set up a custom sending domain (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Subaccounts (starting from Tier 2) let you manage multiple brands/clients under one login
• You can add unlimited team members with role-based permissions
So while it's not white-labeled in the strict sense, many agencies and consultants use Encharge behind the scenes to run powerful automations for multiple clients — without needing to expose the tool itself.
If you’ve got a specific setup or workflow you’re hoping to support, let us know — we’re listening and always evolving based on real user needs 💪
